Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Sneakers must be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free.
  • Original shoebox must be undamaged with all labels intact.
  • All tags, laces, and packaging materials must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sneakers showing signs of wear (scuffs, creases, or dirt).
  • Purchases marked “Final Sale” or “As-Is”.
  • Customized or personalized sneakers.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Request: Email [email protected] with:
    • Order number
    • High-resolution photos of the sneakers and shoebox
  2. Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
    • Prepaid return label (U.S. customers)
    • International return instructions (if applicable)
  3. Ship Back: Securely package sneakers in the original box.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Allow up to 10 business days for bank processing.

Damages or Defects

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Include: Order number, photos/video of defects, and packaging details.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size/color:

  1. Return the original pair following the standard process.
  2. Place a new order once your refund is processed.

EU/UK Customers

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. Conditions apply:

  • Sneakers must be unworn with original packaging.
  • Customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
