A. SHIPPING COSTS

Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders – no minimum spend.


B. ORDER PROCESSING & TRANSIT

  1. Order Cutoff: 5:00 PM GMT (London Time)
    • Orders placed after cutoff process next business day.
  2. Processing Time: 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri)
    • Includes quality verification and stealth packaging.
  3. Transit Time: 7-14 business days (Mon-Fri)
    • Delays may occur during peak seasons (see Section G).

C. SHIPPING CARRIERS

  • Primary: ParcelForce (UK/EU) + USPS (USA)
  • Alternative Carriers: DHL Express (for expedited requests)
  • Tracking: Provided via email once dispatched.

D. ADDRESS CHANGES

  • Deadline: Request within 24 hours of order placement.

  • Note: No changes permitted after dispatch.

E. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Pre-Dispatch: Cancel anytime before shipping confirmation.
  • Post-Dispatch: Refer to our Refund Policy.

F. DAMAGED/LOST PACKAGES

  1. Damaged in Transit:
    • Refuse delivery if visible damage.
    • Email [email protected] within 48 hours with:
      • Order number
      • Photos of damaged package/product
  2. Lost in Transit:
    • Investigation initiated after 15 business days.

G. POTENTIAL DELAYS

We proactively monitor delays caused by:

  1. Weather/Natural Disasters
  2. Carrier Backlogs
  3. Remote Locations (PO Boxes, military addresses)
  4. Inventory Verification (Rare for 1:1 restocks)
  5. Payment Verification

Note: Delays beyond 21 days qualify for store credit.


H. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

  • Duties: Buyer’s responsibility (varies by country).
  • Discretion: All packages labeled generically (e.g., “Sports Shoes – $25 Value”).
