How long does delivery take?

Where do your shoes ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse facility in China after being custom-manufactured to your specifications.
Do you offer express shipping?
We currently do not offer express shipping. However, we automatically use the fastest available shipping method for all orders.
What are your return and cancellation policies?
Returns:

- 30-day money-back guarantee if shoes are unworn and in brand-new condition (original packaging required).

Do you send QC (quality control) pictures?
Yes! Include a note at checkout requesting QC photos for approval before shipping. Note: This may add 2–3 days to processing (response time dependent).
Can you source a shoe model not listed on your website?
We regularly update our inventory. If you don’t see a specific model, email [email protected]—we’ll gladly assist!
