At DripFever, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a return, replacement, or refund, along with the process involved.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may return a product if:
• It was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact
• The return request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order
• You have valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice)

Note: Products must be in their original, sellable condition to qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon delivery:
• Personalized or custom-made sneakers
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

3. Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return:
• Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order
• Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach photos/videos if the item is damaged or incorrect
• Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 48 hours
• If approved, we will send you the return instructions and address
• Pack the product securely in its original box and ship it back

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

4. Replacement Policy

If your product is damaged or incorrect, and the return is approved:
• You may choose to receive a replacement instead of a refund
• Replacements are shipped after the returned item is received and inspected
• If the item is out of stock, you will be offered a full refund or store credit

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:
• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Conditions for Refund Denial

Your refund may be denied if:
• The returned product shows signs of wear, is damaged, or is missing the original packaging
• The return request was submitted after the 7-day eligible period
• You failed to provide proof of damage/defect
• The item does not meet our return criteria upon inspection

In such cases, we will contact you, and the item may be shipped back to you at your cost.

7. Exchange Policy

DripFever currently does not offer direct product exchanges (e.g., for size).
Instead:
• You may return the product for a refund and place a new order with the desired size or variant.

8. Cancellations Before Shipping

• Orders can be cancelled without penalty if the request is made before the item is shipped.

• If the order is already shipped, the standard return process will apply.

9. International Orders

• Return shipping for international orders is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
• DripFever is not liable for customs duties or shipping delays during return transit.
